Day 8 - Elephanta Island

Today was another awesome day. We strolled around Colaba (part of the city in Mumbai), had some “real” Indian food (AND so cheap too) at a little creepy restaurant/bistro (kind of like an Indian version of the restaurant “Katz” in New York). After that we went to the Gateway of India where our little boat tour to Elephanta Island would start. So we got our tickets and jumped right on it! An hour later (I took a little nap *g* almost like my car-naps @Rebecca *g* ) we got to that Island and it was SO MUCH FUN! There were so many little monkeys – just hilarious! First I saw one sitting right next to me I was pretty shocked, but once you know that they are there it is super entertaining. Here are the funniest stories :)
1st – we put our water bottle on that little wall for maybe a minute and then that monkey grabs it, unscrews it and drinks like a real human!
2nd – we saw a monkey attacking a guy. Or the monkey was trying to get stuff out of their bag. Of course the man didn’t like that at all, but for us it as fun to watch :)
3rd – I was standing on one of those railings watching one monkey without thinking anything bad and from one moment to the other there was another one coming from the other side towards me! MAN I WAS SCARED! I think it was more fun for Lawrence, since I made a funny face!
Oh and then there was another funny thing that happened. I wanted to get a picture with a cow (that was walking around there), so we both stood there. Lawrence ready to take the picture, when the cow started to run towards him. He was kind of shocked and was just trying to run away from it :) At that point I loved his funny face *hehe*
Short summary: GREAT DAY! LOTS OF FUN & DON’T TO FORGET, W’VE SEEN MANY BEAUTIFUL THINGS!
the statues (that was the original main part of elephanta island!)
the "dave" kind of picture (insider with all the suntrek tour people*hehe*)
RElaaaaaaaaaaaaaX :)
a goat :)
lawrence, SO brave :)
the food :) cool bread, ha?! (and i can even eat it, since it is made out of rice!)
monkey with our water
just checking if there are any insects or so :)

Just *ohhhhhhhh* SO CUTE!

I was wondering if you ever considered changing the layout of your website?

Its very well written; I love what youve got to say.
But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better.
Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or
two images. Maybe you could space it out better?
